Q. I signed up for Free Access, when do I get my tool?
A. We need to verify that we received credit for your sign up. Fill out the form on the bottom of this page – https://www.spreadsheetsports.com/free-access/ and provide us with the site(s) and usernames and we’ll verify within 24-36 hours. We usually can verify faster. Once verified, you’ll be able to see the Downloadable files on https://www.spreadsheetsports.com/nfl-update/ for NFL and https://www.spreadsheetsports.com/nba-update/ for NBA. Check your respective download page 36 hours after sign up and if you don’t have access, send us an email by filling out this form –https://www.spreadsheetsports.com/support/contact/.

Q. If I sign up for DraftKings or FanDuel Package Free Access, do I get access to the Projection Tools for all sports?
A. No, you only receive access to one sport of your choice. On the Free Access page, you will submit a form and select one sport package from the dropdown.

Q. I just signed up for an account on a daily fantasy site for Free Access, but Spreadsheet Sports didn’t get credit, why?
A. In order for us to get credit for your signup, all of the following must be true:

1. You clicked through on our links from spreadsheet-sports.com to the daily fantasy website
2. This is your first time signing up for an account on the daily fantasy website. If you have another account under a separate email and/or address, we don’t get credit
3. You used promo code INCA when creating the account and deposited at least $25

If all of the above are true, please let us know and we will send an email to you and our representative to determine why we didn’t get credit for your signup.

Q. How do I Login?
A. The only Login you need is your Tinypass login that you created when you first purchased the tool. Then, go here for NFL – https://www.spreadsheetsports.com/nfl-update/ and here for NBA – https://www.spreadsheetsports.com/nba-update/. Click on the Already Purchased link next to the subscription you purchased. Login to Tinypass using the email and password you created upon purchase. Once logged in, the download links will appear at the bottom of the page.

Q. Can I return the tool?
A. No, we don’t have returns. We put a ton of work into the tool and it’s a digital download. Once you download you have a product we can’t take back. We sell it for a low price and unless it doesn’t functionally work as we say it does, returning isn’t fair to us. The tool is fully customizable, so if you aren’t happy with the output…

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. You are the only one who can cancel your subscription and you can do this in your Tinypass account. Simply login here – https://dashboard.tinypass.com  Under the Subscription tab, click the Don’t Bill Me Again blue button and you will not be billed again and your subscription will end on your next renewal date. Q. When I click on Run Model button, nothing happens.
A. You don’t have the Microsoft Solver plugin installed. It takes 30 seconds to enable. Instructions here – http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/load-the-solver-add-in-HP010021570.aspx

Q. What system requirements are there and what do I need installed on my computer for this tool to work?

Q. Do I need to have anything installed in Excel for it to work?
A. Yes, you need the free Solver plugin. The directions to install and enable it are here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/load-the-solver-add-in-HP010021570.aspx

Q. I’m getting a “Compile Error” or “Can’t find project or library” when I press the Run Model button to find an optimal lineup. What am I doing wrong?
A. The compile error happens when you don’t have the free plugin Solver installed. It’s covered in the User Guide here: https://www.spreadsheetsports.com/support/nfl-projection-tool-user-guide/

You can also just follow the instructions from Microsoft here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/load-the-solver-add-in-HP010021570.aspx

If you’re running Excel for Mac you shouldn’t have to worry about installing, but you will need to complete this extra step:

  1. Click on Tools > Hover over Macros and choose VBA Editor
  2. Then click on Tools again and choose References
  3. When the reference box opens up you want to make sure the box next to “Missing Solver.XLAM” is unchecked and “Solver” is checked.

You may also want to shut down Excel completely and restart for the Solver installation to take effect.

Q. I’m getting an error message in Excel or something isn’t working quite right. How can I get it fixed and working correctly?
